After long thinking, I bought an MRA X-creen XCSA spoiler for my Stelvio.
It's small, but I'm quite satisfied because it reduces turbulences and allows me to drive with open helmet bis 110-120 km/h. More than this, you can fix it in almost any inclination and position in just 1 minute to find your favorite setting.
You can choose to fix it with or without holes on your windscreen both.
I recommend it.
(if you need more photos ask me)

Hi, Tired Brakes! Funny name, however. I wonder if the xcreen could be a solution for me. I am riding the same model as on your posted pictures - even in the same colour. I suggest you are driving with the original windshield? It would be of outmost interest for me which helmet you are wearing. How tall are you. - I am 1,87m and wearing a Shoei Neotec. Many thx in advance for yr answer.

Servus Fuego
happy to know that sombody else owns a yellow-Stelvio!
I'm 180cm tall and what you see in photos is the
original windshield. I keep it at maximum height; no needs to move it to a lower position after many months, 'cause the spoiler eliminates almost any turbolence.
I wear a white HJC R-Pha Max helmet and no turbolence even when I drive with open face.
I choosed this helmet because it's a good product and, more important, is one with the lowest weight. No more pain at your neck after driving for 2 or 3 hours.

Many thx for yr quick answer. Is yr xcreen fixed with screws? I would prefer the fixing without screws but I am not quite sure if the vibrations would recommend the screwed type.
By the way I recognized different tyres as the MG-recommended Pirelli Scorpions - what's your experience?

Hello Fuego!
sorry for the delay in my answer.
The screen is fixed with in this way:
1) there is a big gummi layer pressing on your original windscreen surface;
2) there is a little metal plate pressing on the gummi:
3) there is a screw pressing on the metal plate
Take in account that in (3) you have not a traditional screw but "ein inbuss" screw.
You have not to make holes in your original windscreen (but if you prefer it, pieces are included in the purchased packet).
I like the gummi-solution it doesn'damage your original screen and I still maintain it after 4 months.
About tires... well... I must admit that I don't like Pirelli, I don't have a good feeling. For me there is only one manufacturer in the world: Michelin (I'm italian, it's hard to admit it!!!!).
I will explain it better: if you change your tires every 3000 km (or something like that) there are a lot good tires that you can choose (Contiattack zumbeispiel); you have a wide choice.
But if you are a tourer like me, this is my personal ranking:
1) Michelin (no doubt)
2) Pirelli
3) Metzler (property of Pirelli too)
4) ... all the others
I like Pirelli, but... something quite strange happens with them. It's difficult to make the tires "hot". I mean, bring them at the right temperature.
With Michelin, after 5 minutes of driving you can run in curves like a devil. With Pirelli you are always not sure if they are still cold or not... this is my personal sensation only ok?
Anyway, Pirelli now are durable like Michelin... this is a great step forward, in my opinion.
After Pirelli has finished I will mount Michelin (anakee III ?) for sure.

Again about tires:
yes... in summer with Pirelli you are faster than with michelin. When they are at the right temperature , there is no competition with any other tire. Mixed compound and zero-degree radial belt makes your Stelvio like a super-sport, like a Ducati Multistrada.
But.............. in winter, on rain, on leaves in autumn... I prefer Michelin to be sure to get back at home! : )

Abot offroad tires:
I was speaking in PM with a member of the italian forum. He has go to Norway and back to Italy with Karoo 3.
They are really impressive: seems almost new in the photos!
Anyway they are really for offroad, for an ideal on/off road he suggest the Heidenau; he has no doubt about this. You can do 8000/9000 km on asphalt with no problem at all, as well as driving in offroad with excellent results.
I trust him, it's a really expert biker and loves his Stelvio.
Next time I will mount Heidenau in place of my 100% road tires.
ciao!
