Int. Quota-Treffen 06. - 08.07.2007 in Brilon/Germany.

If you want to join our meeting, please use the registration form.
You'll find the form at www.ufrie.de/quota/registration.html.

Don't panic - the form is written in german and english.
Maybe an italian version will follow.

my friend niq told me that mr. kemper reserved a 'double' room for him instead of the single he asked two months ago, and he wants him to pay the price of a double
I think this is not fair, he had to tell him soon after the reservation, not after two months
btw, niq is available to share the room with someone else, so if you know someone who wants to have a bed in a room, even 'last minute', ........well, there is one left in niq's room

You're right - it's quite a shame of D. not to react as soon as possible. :-(

AFAIK this problem came up "by the way" ( 2 or 3 days ago) while Meinolf had a call with D.

It was Meinolf who realized that something went wrong, I suppose.

Today, he (M.) is going to have another date with D.

Hope this date results in a solution both parties will agree.

When I get further informations, I'm going to forward them to Niq asap.

M. called me this morning about the results of his meeting with D.:

A double bed room is reserved for you.
But there will be a little chance to get a single bed room at date of arrival. You will get it, if the person who has reserved this room won't come (he's not a participant of our Quota-Meeting).

Hope, the weather will change to sunny style next week, otherwise we'll celebrating a "little Elefantentreffen" (without snow, I hope). :-)

You'll get this information by email this afternoon, too.

Hallo friends

the program of saturday:> when the weather will allow it, we will start a tour across the "Sauerland" , I will start between 11.00-12.00 a clock, one great break on a prominet place, we will be back at ca.16.00 pm.
I will make two groups, one for tourdrivers and one for sportdrivers.
If there is interesting we can offer a special womengroup.

When we will be back we want to play a special motorbike game.
